中國石化新聞網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)悉，日本最大的油氣上游公司Inpex表示，公司周三已經(jīng)完成了收購尼克森公司位于加拿大Horn River、Cordova和Liard盆地頁巖氣項(xiàng)目40%股權(quán)的所有必需的程序。
根據(jù)協(xié)議，Inpex通過與日本工程公司JGC的合資公司收購加拿大頁巖氣資產(chǎn)40%股權(quán)，尼克森公司仍將持有60%的股權(quán)。

Inpex Corporation completed the necessary procedures Wednesday to acquire a 40% stake in Nexen's shale gas projects in the Horn River, Cordova and Liard basins in Canada, the largest Japanese upstream company said.
Under the deal, Inpex acquired the 40% stake in the Canadian shale gas assets through its joint venture with Japanese engineering company JGC, and Nexen holds the remaining 60% stake with operatorship, the company said.
